  • Architected and led the technical implementation of a mission-critical integration with one of the nation's largest independent broker-dealers, enabling alternative investment access through automatic account imports, hierarchical team management, and real-time licensing/training verification — the system has processed hundreds of thousands of accounts and serves over a thousand active users
  • Matured that first broker-dealer integration into stable infrastructure by strengthening data validation, resolving race conditions in account and team creation, retiring 30+ feature toggles, and refactoring modules for long-term maintainability
  • Owned a second integration end-to-end with a major full-service wealth management firm, from requirements discovery through implementation, designing a configuration-driven import pipeline intentionally generalized so future integrations can onboard with minimal custom code
  • Represented the company in technical discussions with engineers and managers at both partner broker-dealers, translating complex architectural and regulatory constraints into actionable decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Onboarded and mentored an engineer to independently own the first broker-dealer integration's development and support, enabling a clean handoff and sustained operational continuity
  • Spearheaded the research, design, and development of a Learning Management System, enabling financial advisors to undergo multimedia trainings for investment product access. Integrated real-time data synchronization with external platforms, fortified authentication and authorization mechanisms, and incorporated export features for enhanced usability
  • Resolved user importer performance issues for our largest integration partner by refactoring our team structure and implementing a series of data migrations that safely destroyed tens of millions of unnecessary records
  • Resolved production incidents beyond core responsibilities, including terminating database-locking queries blocking deployments, fixing unsafe migrations, and investigating SSO-related errors across integrations
